Why Clipdate

Your calendar should update when you screenshot something. Not when you remember to type it in.

Clipdate exists because the gap between saving information and acting on it is where things fall through. A screenshot sits in your camera roll. The event never makes it to your calendar. Clipdate closes that gap automatically.

Any image, any source

Conference flyer. Screenshot of an email. Photo of a poster.

Clipdate reads whatever you give it. Drag a file from your desktop, paste directly from your clipboard, or upload from your phone. PNG, JPG, HEIC, and PDFs all work — no conversion needed.

  • Drag and drop onto the workspace

Smart extraction

AI reads the event. You review and confirm.

Clipdate identifies the event title, date, time, and location from your image and pre-fills every field. You see exactly what it found — and can edit anything before it touches your calendar.

No guesswork. No blind automation. You stay in control of what goes in.

Calendar sync

It lands in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. Instantly.

One click and the event appears in your calendar with the full details intact. No copying a date. No typing a location. No switching between apps four times.

Works from any browser on any device — your phone, your tablet, your work laptop.

Questions

Good questions, honest answers

What kinds of images does Clipdate read?

Screenshots of calendar invites, conference and meetup flyers, class schedules, photos of event posters, email screenshots, PDF flyers — anything with a date and event information. PNG, JPG, and HEIC all work.

Does it work with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar?

Yes. You can choose which calendar to sync to for each event. Clipdate connects to both Google Calendar and Apple Calendar — whatever you already use.

What if the AI gets a detail wrong?

The Review screen shows you every extracted field before anything is added to your calendar. You can edit the title, date, time, or location directly — then confirm. Nothing goes to your calendar without your approval.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Clipdate is a web app — it works in any modern browser on any device. No app store, no extension, no account for a service you will forget you signed up for.

Is my data private?

Images you upload are used solely to extract event details for your account and are not shared or used to train models. You can delete your events and account at any time.
